Welcome to the 5th Annual P²IRC Symposium – It’s never been easier to take part!

The 5th annual P²IRC symposium will be the most accessible yet, taking place fully online for the first time from October 21-22, 2020.

Hosted by the Global Institute for Food Security (GIFS) at the University of Saskatchewan, the 2020 event is free to attend and will focus the themes of collaboration, innovation and results.

Our team has been working hard to bring the magic of an in-person event online. Recorded presentations from a diverse program of speakers will be brought to life with live Q&A sessions, while dedicated networking rooms will provide attendees a chance to engage with world-renowned researchers, industry representatives, students and others in-between sessions.

The symposium will also feature the 5th annual P²IRC Student Poster Competition, taking place on a new, hand-crafted online platform with interactive features built in.

We look forward to seeing you online on October 21-22!

P²IRC is funded by the Canada First Research Excellence Fund, managed by the Global Institute for Food Security, and located at the University of Saskatchewan.
